Shipping Policy
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Since we work with a print-on-demand partner, each item is made to order. This means delivery takes a little longer than pre-stocked items, but it allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs just for you.

Processing & Fulfillment Times
All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days. Our fulfillment time depends on the current order volume and production capacity.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped based on your chosen shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times for USA and Canada:

Flat Rate (Standard): 3–4 business days after fulfillment

Standard Rate with CO2 Offsetting: 3–4 business days after fulfillment

Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, stock shortages, or carrier service disruptions (e.g., failed delivery attempts, weather conditions, or regional shipping issues).

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Since all products are made to order, your total delivery time includes both fulfillment (2–5 business days) and shipping (1–4 business days, depending on the method chosen).

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
All APO, FPO, and DPO mailboxes may take up to an additional 5 business days due to international shipping times.

Delayed Orders
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but occasionally delays happen. If your estimated delivery date (EDT) has passed, please allow 5 additional business days before reaching out. If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us via email or chat, and we’ll investigate the issue.

We currently do not offer overnight or same-day shipping.

Printful handles the production and shipping of your order, so shipping speeds may differ based on their processing times and carrier availability.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order! However, because each item is made to order, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 10 days of the estimated delivery date for us to investigate and send a replacement if applicable.

If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 10 days so we can correct the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or changing your mind

Incorrect size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to the facility

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Face masks and other hygiene-sensitive items

How to Request a Replacement
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us via email with the following details:

Additional Notes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees for resending.

If tracking states that an order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we cannot issue a replacement or refund. Please check with your local carrier.
