Wolf Heart Designs is run by a mom who’s inspired by the quirky personalities and daily chaos of her whole family. From her Air Force vet husband to her two kids—one a teenager and the other a nine-year-old who acts like he’s 35—everyone plays a part in shaping the sarcastic, nerdy designs.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details only to process your order and provide you with the best service. We use secure payment gateways to ensure your information is kept safe.

We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties, except when necessary to complete your order (such as with our fulfillment partner, Printful). All communication from us will only be related to your order or inquiries you’ve made.

We implement standard safety practices to protect your information, but please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using our website, you agree to our Privacy and Safety Policy.

Wholesale Inquiries

While we prefer to focus on individual orders, we’re happy to work with non-profits, educational groups, and similar organizations on one-time bulk orders for things like field trips, special events, or table displays. These orders will be priced at a lower bulk cost.

Here’s how it works:

We charge $20 an hour for custom design work. This fee must be paid upfront before we begin working on any designs.
For us to process your order, both the design fee and the full payment for the order (including shipping) must be paid upfront via the website. We can’t move forward with processing, production, or shipping without full payment.
All mockups will include a watermark, and we reserve the right to sell the design on our site later, if applicable.
A spreadsheet will be provided for submitting your order. Please be sure to use it to ensure we get everything just right.

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options to ensure a seamless checkout experience:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
PayPal: You can choose to pay securely through your PayPal account.
